This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in accordance with the 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons' adopted by Balaji Telefilms Limited ('the Company'), the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from June 30, 2022, for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s). The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 are declared and submitted with the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the said results will be intimated in due course.
