| Dear Sir/Madam, <BR> <BR> With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to apprise your good self that our company has a Paid-up Share Capital of Rs. 3,00,03,000/- (Rupees Three Crore and three thousand Only) and a Net Worth of Rs. 8,79,51,670 (rupees eight crore seventy nine lakhs fifty one thousand six hundred and seventy) as on March 31, 2021. <BR> The requirement of filling of Related Party Transactions is not applicable on the Company for quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021 as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, as the paid -up equity share capital not exceeding rupees Ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty-five Crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year. <BR> | |
