| Balkrishna Paper Mills Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Discolsure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 24th May, 2022 through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) interalia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter /year ended March 31, 2022. The Company has intimated earlier that the Trading Window Closure Period has commenced on 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended 31st March, 2022 becoming generally available information for public. Further, pursuant to Regulations 46 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, notice of the above meeting is available on the company''s website: www.bpml.in & stock exchanges website at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com.
