Please find pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations"), we wish to inform you that, the Company has acquired 25.5% stake & control in management in Pioneer Spirits LLP, effective from August 02, 2021 ('Effective Date'). In this regard, the Company has executed Supplementary Limited Liability Partnership Agreement ('Agreement') with Pioneer Spirits LLP on August 02, 2022.
