This has reference to our captioned letter wherein we had informed about the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for the proposal for liquidation of its step down subsidiary CG Power Solutions UK Limited, United Kingdom ('PSOL UK'), subject to statutory and regulatory approvals. In furtherance to the above, we wish to inform you that the process of dissolution of PSOL UK has been completed w.e.f. 2nd June, 2023.
