| CONFIDENCE PETROLEUM INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform the Exchange that meeting of the Board of Directors of 'Confidence Petroleum India Limited' is scheduled to be held on Monday, 31th January, 2022 at 04.00 PM at the Company's Corporate office :- The matters to be considered in the Board Meeting are: 1) To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter & Nine Month ended on 31st December 2021. 2) Any other matter with the permission of Chairman. Further, the 'Trading Window' for the trading in the securities of the company, shall remain closed in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and Implemented by the company in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, all insiders (Including Directors and Designated Employees), are hereby directed not to deals in shares of the company during the period of the closure of trading window as stated above.
