This to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company''s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in Securities of the Company w.e.f. 1st October, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
