DFM Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements and Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022 and to recommendthe dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company have already intimated through its letter dated March 29, 2022 that Trading Window Close Period for dealing in the securities of the Company has commenced from April 01, 2022 and will end 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter/financial year ending March 31, 2022 become generally available.<BR>
