Pursuant to the provisions of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, regarding intimation for closure of Trading Window and further to our earlier intimation to insiders dated March 31, 2020 relating to closure of trading window from the end of every quarter for all quarters ending on June 30, September 30, December 31 and March 31, it is hereby notified that the 'Trading Window' (period for trading in Company's securities) will be closed with effect from January 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020, as may be approved at the concerned Board Meeting.
