| With respect to the aforementioned subject and our outcome of Board Meeting dated 10th February, 2023 submitted to BSE Limited, we would like to inform your good office that the Company convened a Board Meeting on 10th February, 2023 for consideration and approval of the Standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2022 and had uploaded the Financial Results on BSE Listing Centre within the stipulated timeline as stated under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. However, while going through the above document, we observed that there was an inadvertent typographical error in the subject line and point no. 1 of the covering letter of Outcome of Board Meeting wherein the Board Meeting date was mentioned as 10th December, 2023 instead of 10th February, 2023. Therefore, we are hereby making good the defect and request to kindly read the same as Board Meeting held on 10th February, 2023. | |
