In continuation to our earlier intimation for closure of trading window sent on 31 March, 2021, please take note that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed upto 28 June, 2021 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 26 June, 2021. The trading window shall be open from 29 June, 2021.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records.
