| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of our letter dated March 26, 2020 giving intimation regarding temporary suspension of operations at Company's plant situated at Halol, Gujarat and non-functioning of Company's registered office/administrative office situated at Mumbai due to the nationwide lockdown, we hereby inform you that based on the permission received from the local authorities; the Company has partially resumed (only one shift) its operation at its plant situated at Halol, Gujarat w.e.f 06.05.2020. The operations at plant are being carried out in complete compliance with precautionary measures, conditions and directions as mentioned in the guidelines from Government regarding the COVID-19 safety advisories.The registered office/ administrative office situated at Mumbai has yet not been re-opened; however, the employees at the senior level / Head of Departments continue to work from home for urgent matters.<BR> | |
