| This has reference to our announcement dated December 10, 2020 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are glad to inform you that Gayatri Projects Limited ('GPL') has received four (4) Letter of Awards (LOAs) for Pipe Drinking Water Schemes from Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply Department in the State of Uttar Pradesh, in joint venture where the Company's share is 97.5%, for a total value of INR 1,748.00 Crores (One Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Eight Crores). All the above LOAs pertain to water division.<BR> The above LOAs supersede the earlier 3 (three) LoAs awarded to the Company of value 1,332.00 Crores which was intimated to the exchanges on December 10, 2020. <BR> We undertake to update you in case of any further developments in relation to the above said project. <BR> <BR> | |
