Appointed Ms. Shukla Wassan as an Independent Director for a first term of five (5) consecutive years with effect from 29 November 2021 to 28 November 2026, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of members. <BR> 2. Reappointed Mr. Prashant Chiranjive Jain as Managing Director for a term of five years, subject to the approval of members <BR> <BR>
