As per Regulation 15 of the Chapter IV of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as the paid-up equity share capital and the net worth of the Company are less than Rs. 10 Crore and Rs. 25 Crore respectively as on 31st March 2021, the disclosure of related party transactions required under regulation 23(9) is not applicable to the Company.<BR> <BR> The Company undertakes to comply with the regulations within six months from the date on which the provisions become applicable to our Company. <BR>
