Goodyear India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2022, inter-alia to:<BR><BR>1. Approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 and audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022; and<BR><BR>2. Recommend a dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company''s earlier communication dated March 29, 2022, trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2022.
