We refer to your letter No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/NJ/ 2021-2022 / 157 dated June 18, 2021 received by email seeking clarification on significant increase in price of securities of Himatsingka Seide Limited ('The Company') in the recent past. <BR> <BR> In connection with the foregoing, we wish to submit as follows: <BR> <BR> a) The Company does not have any information/ announcement (including impending announcement) which may, in its opinion, have a bearing on the increase in price of the scrip and<BR> <BR> b) The Company has made and will continue to make all requisite disclosures/ intimations to the Stock Exchanges in compliance with the requirements of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended, including Regulation 30 thereunder.
