In accordance with the approval given by Alternative Mechanism on September 15, 2021, the President of India, acting through Ministry of Mines, Government of India is proposing to offer up to 3,198,646 equity shares of face value of ? 5 each to the eligible employees of the Company at a price of ? 116 per equity share.<BR> <BR> The Employee OFS shall remain open from September 27, 2021 to September 29, 2021 (both days inclusive). <BR>
