| Honda India Power Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we do hereby inform you that 6th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 to consider and approve inter-alia, Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. The copy of Unaudited Financial Results shall be submitted within the stipulated time after the Board Meeting. We further wish to inform you that in terms of Regulation 9 and Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Amendment Insider Trading Regulations, 2018, 'Trading Window' stands closed from January 01, 2022 to February 12, 2022 (both days inclusive). You are requested to take note of the same and notify your constituents accordingly. | |
