The following is the outcome of the 5th Committee of Creditors Meeting of M/s I.C.S.A. (India) Ltd held on 23rd June 2020:<BR> <BR>1. Discussed about the status of the Transaction audit and the corporate debtor has requested the CoC members for additional time till 30th June 2020 to provide all pending information to Transaction auditor. The CoC members have accepted the same.<BR> <BR>2. The CoC members have requested the Resolution professional to include the below items for e voting:<BR> <BR>a. Decision to liquidate the company.<BR>b. Proposal of appointment of Liquidator<BR><BR>E voting period will open from 25th June 2020 (6 pm) to 07th July 2020 (6 pm).
