With reference to our letter dated 05.11.2022 in connection with CIRP of our Company, as the Board of the Company is suspended and the new IRP has not been appointed so far by the Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata bench, we are not in a position to hold the meeting of the Board/IRP for considering and approving the financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2022 and comply with the provisions of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015. Under the above circumstances, we may please be granted exemption from complying with the provisions of SEBI (LODR). May kindly revert per return with your approvals to avoid any penalties that may be imposed in future for such non compliances.
