In terms of the provisions of the ITI Limited's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the circular issued by the Stock Exchanges on 2nd April 2019, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from Friday, 1st July 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 30th June 2022.
