Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company'sCode of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities, the Company has decided that the tradingwindow for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Insiders covered under Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities will be closed fromSaturday, October 01, 2022 till 48 hoursafter the declaration of Financial Results for the half-yearended September 30, 2022. The above closure has been intimated based on BSE Circular Clarification regarding trading restriction period and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window
