NSDL Database Management Limited as a Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company shall be effective from 17.05.2022 in place of KFin Technologies Limited (Formerly known as KFin Technologies Limited) in terms of communication received from NSDL vide its letter dated 16th May, 2022 and CDSL vide its letter dated 17th May, 2022.
