Kitex Garments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 19, 2022, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standard (Ind. AS) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022;<BR><BR>2. To approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind. AS for the for the financial year ended March 31, 2022; and<BR><BR>3. To recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>It is further informed that as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from April 01, 2022 till expiry of 48 hrs from the date the financial results are made public.
