In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, regarding trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of financial results for the quarter/half year ended 30th September 2022 (both days inclusive).
