In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Mehta Housing Finance Limited, at its meeting held on August 13, 2022, inter alia: 2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Ruparel as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. August 13, 2022. 3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Shyam Ruparel as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. August 13, 2022. 4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Shah as an Additional Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years w.e.f. August 13, 2022, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 5. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Jinal Shah as an Additional Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years w.e.f. August 13, 2022, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
