In compliance to Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 30.06.2022 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The date of Board Meeting in which financial results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
