In continuation to our letter dated 06.12.2022 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that pursuant to Ministry of Power order no. 9/7/2021-NHPC dated 05.12.2022, the Board of Directors through resolution by circulation passed on 06.12.2022 has appointed Shri Mohammad Afzal (DIN: 09762315) as Government Nominee Director on Board of the Company w.e.f. 06.12.2022. A brief profile of Shri Mohammad Afzal is enclosed with the letter. It is to inform that Shri Mohammad Afzal is not related to any of the Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
