| Niyogin Fintech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Niyogin Fintech Limited will be held on Wednesday, February 02, 2022 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the third quarter ended December 31, 2021, as required under Regulation 33(3) of the Listing Regulations. We further inform that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed w.e.f. January 01, 2022 and shall remain closed till completion of 48 hours after such information is made public for all Directors/ KMP's/ Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. | |
