| Dear Sir(s),<BR> In furtherance to our earlier submission regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on December 23, 2020 vide Reference No. OIL/CO/SE/2020-21/49 dated December 23, 2020, this is to inform you that after obtaining approvals from shareholders and other concerned authorities, the execution of Sale / transfer of land together with structures/building of the Company situated at Plot No. 2A, Sector 126, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201301 has been completed on March 04, 2021 for a total consideration of INR 285 Crores.<BR> The proposed sale is in the overall best interest of the Company as after exiting from its non-core asset, the Company will now mainly focus on its core business i.e. manufacturing of Mobile & other mobility products and create a world class state of the art manufacturing facility to achieve maximum advantage of Production Link Incentive (PLI) Scheme as notified by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. <BR> | |
