Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading of Securities of the Company read BSE''S circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2nd, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the half year and year ending on March 31, 2023. The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders/ Designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the above-mentioned code.
