| This is continuation to our intimation dated 1/11/2022 pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of the said Regulations, in respect of suspension of Certificate of Registration of 'Registrar and Share Transfer Agent' of the company, M/s. Satellite Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. (SCS) for a period of three months by SEBI vide its Order dated 28/10/2022. We have been informed by M/s. Satellite Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. (SCS) that Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai vide its order dated 15th November, 2022 has modified the said order by setting aside the direction of Suspending the Certificate of Registration and directed that the appellant (SCS) is prohibited from accepting fresh clients for a period of three months from 15/11/2022 (the date of order).
