Please be informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 18 January, 2022, has approved inter alia Sub-Division/Split of Equity Shares of the Company from face value of Rs. 10/- each to face value of Rs. 2/- each subject to approval of the members through Postal Ballot by Remote E-voting. Please be further informed that the postal ballot notice for the sub-division/split mentioned as above will be sent to shareholders of the Company by 25th day of January, 2022 and the results of postal ballot will be announced by the 26th day of February, 2022.
