This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, approved the appointment of M/s Gupta Rupa & Associates., Practising Company Secretaries, (Membership No. F12465 and Peer review No. 12013WB1001500) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The required information in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.
