In reference to Company's letter dated 19 October 2022, intimating about execution of Business Transfer Agreement ('BTA') with Hi-Tech Chemicals Limited ('Hi-Tech') for acquisition of the refractory business of Hi-Tech by way of slump sale, we wish to inform that the process of aforesaid acquisition has been completed on 31 January 2023. This acquisition will strengthen and enlarge the Company??s product offering and position in domestic and international flow-control refractory business.
