Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, this is to inform that Mr. Deepak Ghaisas (DIN: 00001811) ceased to be an Independent Director on completion of his second tenure as an Independent Director of the Company effective from close of business hours on March 31, 2023. Consequent to his retirement, the composition of the Board and its Committees continues to be in compliance with the requirement of the applicable laws. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is enclosed herewith
