The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 29th January 2021 to Friday, 12th February 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members for payment of dividend for FY 2019-20, if declared at the AGM. The dividend, if declared, will be paid from Tuesday, 16th February 2021, to those Members who hold shares in physical form and whose name appears on the Company's Register of Members as holders of Equity Shares on Thursday, 28th January 2021 and in respect of shares <BR> held in electronic form, to the Bene?cial Owners of the shares as at the close of business hours <BR> on Thursday, 28th January 2021 as per details to be furnished by NSDL and Central Depository <BR> Services (India) Limited.
