we wish to inform you that Mrs. Samridhi Seth (ACS No. 39375), Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from her post due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors at their Meeting held on today i.e. May 10, 2021 has approved her resignation with effect from May 01, 2021 and in same meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company in compliance with subject referred regulations has appointed Mrs. Nancy Singla (ACS No. 42571) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from May 01, 2021.
