Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prohibitions of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and insiders from January 01, 2022 to till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial Result for the quarter ended on December 31, 2021 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above mentioned period of closure of window.
