Approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022 Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20 per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each ( 12 %) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. In connection to the above, please find enclosed herewith the following documents for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022, duly approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today: 1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022, along with the Auditor''s Report thereon. 2. Declaration on unmodified opinion on the Auditor''s Report with respect to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.11 pm. and concluded at 4.28p.m.
