Kindly note that McNally Sayaji Engineering Limited, Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has informed the Company vide letter dated May 27, 2023, that it has divested its entire investment in its subsidiary, MBE Coal & Mineral Technology India Pvt. Ltd. at a consideration determined by a registered valuer. Kindly take the same on record.
