| In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR. We A2Z Infra Engineering Limited wish to inform you that members of the Board of Directors, at its meeting duly held today on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, have reviewed and approved the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended on March 31, 2022 along with Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter (Q4) and year ended on March 31, 2022. A copy of the Statement of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results, approved by the Board pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR, is attached as Annexure - II. A copy thereof has also been sent for publication as per the requirements. Further as required the Statement on impact of Audit Qualifications (in respect of modified opinion on standalone and consolidated Audited Results) for the year ended March 31, 2022 is enclosed herewith.
