On the recommendation of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee at the meeting duly held today i.e. May 18, 2022, Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Lalit Kumar as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. May 18, 2022. 2. Members of the Board of Directors, at its meeting duly held today, i.e. May 18, 2022, on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, have reviewed and approved the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended on March 31, 2022 along with Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter (Q4) and year ended on March 31, 2022.
