Aadhar Housing Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/09/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a. Adoption and approval of new Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025(New Scheme) and transfer of existing outstanding ESOPs under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020 to the New Scheme subject to the approval of the Shareholders to be obtained by a Special Resolution, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
