As per the company''s code of conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and other relevant circulars, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company by Directors, KMP and designated persons, shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024 (both days inclusive).
