| In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We refer to our letter dated 26TH February, 2020 regarding our intimation in respect of admission of application for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2019(IBC) in the matter of M/S Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited Vs M/S. Aanchal lspat Limited by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench vide their order dated 21st February, 2020 and also subsequent updates made in this regard. <BR> We hereby enclose order of Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench dated 12th October, 2020 for withdrawal of CIRP in the matter of M/S Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited Vs M/S.
