| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its Meeting held today i.e., on Thursday, May 12, 2022 (commenced 11:00 AM and concluded 05:00 PM) at the registered office of the company inter-alia considered and approved: 1. The audited standalone financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2022 as recommended by the Audit Committee. 2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2022 as recommended by the Audit Committee. 3. Considered and recommended the dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per equity shares (i.e., 5%) face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22. 4.
