Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today appointed Shri Ankit Vikram Paleja (DIN: 06975564) as an Additional Director in the category of an Independent Director of the Company with effect from October 13, 2021 for the period of three years subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
