In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para. B of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with Stock Exchanges, corporate announcement/intimation is hereby given that The company has temporarily suspended production at all its production units, namely Narol Unit, Vijay Farm Unit, and Sari Unit. This decision was primarily made due to the extremely poor demand conditions in both the domestic and international markets, as well as the financial constraints faced by the company. However, the company intends to restart its operations and production at Narol Unit once the market situation improves. Please take note of the same on your record.
